Is this Australia’s best house?

Celilo Springs was judged WA's best new home at the 2023 WA Architecture Awards, and is now in the running for the national prize.

Designed and built by Andrew Boyne from Western Architecture Studio and partner Erica as their own home, it ticks all the boxes for what we should be building right now. A small-footprint dwelling on an infill suburban block, it has high sustainability credentials and an abundant native garden that provides habitat for local wildlife, including the resident toddler!

Constructed for just over $300,000 it proves that a modest budget doesn’t mean compromising on quality design.

Join us on site with Andrew and Erica to hear the full story and find out how the design of the house has changed the way the couple live and spend time together.

Note that we are venturing out of Fremantle for this special visit - Celilo Springs is in Mount Lawley and the address will be provided when you place your order.

Thanks as always to our fabulous founding and principal sponsor ICS Australia.
