Designing for 7 Stars and Beyond with Masonry

Think Brick Australia and the Concrete Masonry Association of Australia, in collaboration with Hubble, invite you to a practical session exploring how masonry can contribute to high-performing, comfortable homes achieving 7 Stars and above under NatHERS.

The session will be presented by Jim Woolcock, Director of SUHO, an experienced thermal performance assessor and building performance specialist with a background in physics and construction. Jim will share practical insights into energy-efficient design, thermal performance and some of the key considerations when designing high-performing homes.

We’ll then put the theory into practice using the Think Brick Home Comfort Tool, demonstrating how clay and concrete masonry can be incorporated into designs targeting 7+ Star performance.
