Co-hosted by the Sydney Health Partners Implementation Science Academy and Sydney Cancer Partners, this webinar will explore how stakeholder engagement can strengthen the design, delivery, and uptake of programs and innovations.

Showcasing three complementary methods used to inform implementation decisions, speakers will discuss:

Co-design with community organisations in remote settings

Economic approaches to understanding stakeholder preferences

The use of Delphi methods to build expert consensus.

Join us to discover how these approaches can enhance implementation in complex, real world environments.
