Designing the Future of Inclusive Workplaces
Details
THE CONCEPT
An experiential workshop where HR professionals, DE&I specialists, and organisational leaders move beyond talking about inclusion to actually designing solutions. Using LEGO® Serious Play® methodology, participants build models, explore barriers, and create concrete actions alongside academic and business innovation experts.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
This event brings together academic evidence + business innovation + proven facilitation methodology to create an experiential learning that sticks.
Participants build LEGO® models to 3D print ideas, deepen conversation & challenges and build solutions
Action-oriented, not just awareness – everyone leaves with tangible next steps they can implement and share straight away
The conversation lab explores inclusion as organisational design & equity at a systems level, not as an nice-to-have add on
