    This creative and interactive workshop will shift how you think about your organisation’s strategic future. Learn how large organisations can use creative problem solving and Human-centred Design to innovate and kickstart organisation transformation.

    Usually reserved for The Strategy Group’s 1st tier clients, the workshop will explore how and why you should adopt a customer-centric approach to secure your company’s future in today's disruptive landscape.

    In one half-day workshop, you will learn about the application of Design Thinking in a business strategy context, see case studies from Adobe, TOGA and the Department of Primary Industries, trial the methodology in a hands-on exercise, and participate in robust discussions about how you can apply the learned methodologies to your company.
