De-stress and Unwind at the end of your day
Take some time out for yourself and join me for this restful 5 week yoga program
What will happen during this class?
- We will begin with some gentle yoga postures (suited to beginners)
- Followed by relaxing meditation
- Finishing with some pranayama (breathing) exercises
Classes are held on Tuesday evenings for 5 weeks, commencing Tuesday 12th January.
What should I wear and bring along?
Wear comfortable clothing.
If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it along. You are welcome to bring your own blankets and bolsters too. Or, you can use the ones at the studio. You may like to bring a towel to place over the bolster or mat if you want to use ones from the studio.
Please arrive by 7.20pm so that we can start on time.
