Utilise a variety of assessment tools to accurately determine an individual's work capacity, demonstrating an understanding of their interpretation and application.
Review the process of completing the ReturnToWorkSA work capacity certificate, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Conduct ongoing reviews of work capacity, enabling GPs to adapt interventions and support measures to optimise return-to-work outcomes for individuals undergoing rehabilitation.
Encourage the use of a multidisciplinary approach in the management of work injuries and aim to maintain regular contact with Allied Health providers.
