Learning Outcomes
- Utilise a variety of assessment tools to accurately determine an individual's work capacity, demonstrating an understanding of their interpretation and application.
- Review the process of completing the ReturnToWorkSA work capacity certificate, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Conduct ongoing reviews of work capacity, enabling GPs to adapt interventions and support measures to optimise return-to-work outcomes for individuals undergoing rehabilitation.
- Encourage the use of a multidisciplinary approach in the management of work injuries and aim to maintain regular contact with Allied Health providers.
