Quizzes are a simple way to support students as a form of assessment for learning and embedded interactive activities on Canvas are an engaging way to help students make sense of information visually. In this workshop you will see how we can use AI tools and H5P to create powerful diagnostic quizzes and plan out interactive learning activities. You will get a brief background on the reasoning behind the use of these learning activities before spending time creating your own during the workshop.

design quizzes that evaluate student learning, highlight misconceptions and provide actionable feedback
build engaging, self-paced H5P activities aligned with learning outcomes
generate high-quality questions, answers, distractors and feedback with AI tools
storyboard interactive learning activities using AI tools.
