ResourceSmart Schools is an award-winning Victorian Government program that assists schools to embed sustainability in everything they do. The DEES workshop will help guide your school to reduce energy use and greenhouse gases while saving money, engaging students and connecting with the community.

Come along and fast-track sustainability in your school:

Meet and work with like-minded individuals
Create a structure to achieve sustainability in your school
Get access to an RSS facilitator every week and to sustainability knowledge
You can join from anywhere

Workshop content:

Setting goals for your school’s energy consumption
Completing an energy audit for your school
Developing an energy efficiency action plan
Making your school Energy Efficient
Engaging students in learning and taking action to be sustainable users of energy
Engaging the wider school community in becoming energy smart

CRT support is available to the first 20 schools to register*

Schools registered with RSS in the Gippsland, Grampians, Hume and Loddon Mallee in Victoria may be eligible to receive one half day of CRT funding, per financial year to attend RSS Professional Development workshops.

This event is designed specifically for regionally located schools and teachers across Gippsland, Grampians, Hume and Loddon Mallee in Victoria.
