    Our urban spaces are growing rapidly and communities are facing multiple challenges. These include access to affordable housing, rising urban land prices, climate related issues, lack of transport choices, flattening productivity, increasing homelessness and pressure on the public housing register.

    This conversation explores the how of integrating better building principles into our urban development and the legislative changes, including the transforming Resource Management Act, that will transform the way we build communities within the environment and ensure homes are well connected to the jobs, transport, community facilities and green spaces that they want and need.
