development showing of a new untitled work
Description
You are invited to a development showing of a new, untitled play by Max Paez and Esther Dougherty. The showing will be held at Eayni Studio in Nightcliff, where these two artists have been working in residence for the past 10 days. Max and Esther are welcoming a small audience in to experience part of their new show, an immersive, (very) small plate dining experience* with an enigmatic twist. After the showing, guests are invited to offer feedback and connect with the artists over a glass of wine.
We would love to share a snapshot of what will be a much bigger process towards realising this epic work. An exploration of the dining experience, of mysteries, of hidden things, of thresholds, and of monstrous cities, step into our restaurant (tentatively named Vue de Cascade) to encounter our created world with all your senses, and experience the invasion of great and powerful forces - tableside.
Entry and bar by donation.
