In this soulful evening workshop, Jenn will guide you through a gentle, flowing practice designed to feel like a love story with your body, mind, and spirit. With every breath and movement, you’ll be invited to honour the life you get to live, and to cultivate gratitude, connection, and joy.

Bhakti Yoga is for everyone — whether this is your very first class, or you’ve been practicing for years. All you need to do is show up as you are, with an open heart.
