Event description

Dhamma Dance

Dhamma Dance weaves together authentic movement and meditation, blending Eastern philosophies with Western dance therapy.

Over three weeks, this course aims to enhance your ability to find stability in uncertain times, and foster a sense of calm and ease in daily life.

Moving with the unknown

In this course, you'll explore how mindful movement and meditation can help you embrace uncertainty and trust in life’s flow. Each session blends the Buddha's teachings with movement and stillness practices, guiding you to release control and connect with your inner wisdom.

Authentic movement allows you to follow your body’s natural impulses, while guided sitting meditation deepens your ability to listen and observe the present moment. Together, these practices mirror the dance of life, fostering well-being and balance.

No dance experience is needed—just an open heart.

Somatic coaching session

This supportive space will help you develop practical tools to move forward with confidence.
