Australia's first class dedicated to building up your strength and flexibility to be able to perform Dancehall Queen Stunts. This 1.5 hour workshop takes you through a foundation program where you can continue to build on and practice your training at home.
The workshop will focus mainly on strength end flexibility elements in relation to Dancehall Queen (DHQ) style. You will also have the opportunity to work on individual tricks with one on one guidance. We will end the class with adding some sequences together to make a short DHQ choreography.
This workshop is all about embracing your body while giving you the confidence to step out of your comfort zone 💖
