Diabetes NZ Hawke's Bay Youth: Disco Bowling!
Event description
Join Diabetes NZ, Hawke's Bay Youth for a Disco Tenpin Bowling night! This activity is an all ages event for people with type 1 and their whānau.
Bowlers get to enjoy 2 games of Tenpin Bowling. Youth will get hot snacks and a non alcoholic drink, while adults will get the opportunity to graze over a platter.
This is a great opportunity to get together as a community to meet other local families and whānau living with type 1 diabetes. Let's see who can get a STRIKE! Teams will be drawn at random with a maximum of 6 players per lane.
Please remember to bring socks to wear inside bowling shoes (provided at the event). Parents and caregivers are more than welcome to play alongside our youth.
