Diabetes NZ Nelson Youth: Celebrate Diabetes Action Month at Rabbit Island

Join Diabetes NZ Youth Nelson to celebrate Diabetes Action Month 2024. This activity day is for youth with diabetes from the Nelson/Tasman area and their whānau. 

Enjoy a BBQ lunch together with games and activities at Rabbit Island! Diabetes NZ Nelson Youth will provide a sausage sizzle lunch. 

Please bring a pre-packaged snack or some fruit to share. Don't forget sunscreen, hats and something to sit on!

This is a great opportunity to get together as a community to share experiences.

Registrations close on Thursday 7th November. For more information, please contact Amanda.

In case of wet weather, a postponement date will be Sunday 10 November.  If we are unable to go ahead on either date this activity will be cancelled. Exact picnic area meeting point will be advised by email and on our facebook page. Please ensure you are following along on facebook for any weather updates and our picnic area notification.
