Diabetes Support Group for anyone with diabetes and their family. Come along and meet other people living with diabetes.
Please stay home if you are unwell or are a close contact of a Covid case. Masks are required.
Please registers so we are able to contact everyone if the support group needs to be canceled or we need to change the venue unexpectedly
