Diamond D Dog Fest – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending Diamond D Dog Fest, you agree to the following rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, dogs, and animals:

1. Vaccinations – All dogs must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be requested at check-in.

2. Leash Policy – Dogs must remain on a non-retractable leash no longer than 6 feet at all times while on the property, including during swimming activities.

3. Handler Requirements – Maximum of two (2) dogs per handler. Handlers must be 16 years of age or older.

4. Waste Cleanup – Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and disposing of waste in designated trash bins.

5. Aggressive Behavior – For everyone’s safety, any dog displaying aggressive behavior will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

Aggressive behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Hair standing up along the back (raised hackles)

• Growling, snarling, or snapping

• Charging, lunging, or attempting to bite

• Excessive barking directed at other dogs or people in a threatening manner

• Aggressive breeds are not permitted.

6. Farm Animal Safety – This is a working ranch. Please use caution and respect boundaries when near farm animals. Dogs must be kept at a safe distance from livestock and other ranch animals at all times.

7. Wagon Rides (Ranch Rider Ticket Holders Only) – Wagon rides are available exclusively for Ranch Rider ticket holders and are limited to calm, well-behaved, and seasoned dogs. The wagon will enter pastures where farm animals are present, so dogs must remain under control at all times.

8. Supervision – Dogs must not be left unattended, tied to structures, or left inside vehicles at any time during the event.

9. Event Rights – Diamond D Ranch reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any guest to leave if rules are not followed.

10. Liability – By attending, you assume full responsibility for your dog’s behavior and agree that Diamond D Ranch, its staff, and volunteers are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by you or your dog.
