    Event description

On November 23, the Fraser Coast Hospice presents an exclusive evening of elegance & culinary delight: the “Diamonds & Pearls” fine dining evening.

Imagine a night unlike any other. Unlike the usual long lunch & gala event, this intimate event is designed for just 30 distinguished guests. Forget crowded rooms, loud music, drink tickets & mundane meals; Diamonds & Pearls promises an unforgettable evening set in a luxurious outdoor tropical paradise, protected from the elements, yet open to the magic of the night.

    Why Diamonds & Pearls?

**Exclusivity: With only 30 seats available, this event is a rare gem. You won’t find another like it.

**Gourmet Food: Savor six courses of culinary delights, crafted by the National award winning & internationally respected private chef, Alan Dawes. Each course is expertly paired with a wine of exceptional quality.

**Ambiance: Picture soft, dimmed lighting, gentle strum of violin and cello in the background by Rhapsody String Duo, & the murmur of joyful conversation. The atmosphere is set to charm & delight, setting the scene for a serene yet vibrant evening.

**Pure Enjoyment: No lengthy speeches, no raffles, no auctions. Just pure, unadulterated enjoyment. We encourage you to leave your wallets at home & simply immerse yourself in the experience. However, one lucky person will be walking away with a pair of Diamond and Pearl Earrings donated by Steve and Deb from Haighs Jewellers.

All proceeds from this event will go directly to supporting the Fraser Coast Hospice, ensuring we continue to provide fee-free care to those in our community over 18 years with terminal illnesses.

Don’t miss your chance to be part of this magical night. Dine exquisitely, & support a much needed local, community service.
