I feel very grateful to now be able to share this Heart Offering that integrates experience and understanding of a 20+ years personal journey with Didjeridu, Sound Healing, Meditation and Breathing, with my Indigenous Mentors, Meditation Masters and other Teachers, not least Life Itself.
Without the encouragement of my Indigenous Elders I would have not embraced Didjeridu in my healing work again.

You will be held in a safe and grounded space and just need to show up and surrender to your breath and inner guidance.

Note: This IS NOT Activating Breathwork !!! It's Sound Healing !!! We use gentle connecting breathing but it's the Sound itself (as opposed to the breathwork) that induces our experience.
It's in a more gradual and gentle way that we go deeply inward.
Without intense or loud physical reactions, we unblock and release in a gentle way. Soft tears may flow.

I've been playing Didjeridu for over 20 years and spent extended periods of time with my Indigenous mentors, connecting deeper to country and people that are family now.
The people from Arnhem Land and surrounding areas are the only genuine Traditional Custodians of
the didjeridu.
The connection in Sound Healing with one of my female Buddhist teachers, a great Yogini and holder of the Divine Feminine, was very empowering and deepened the work significantly.
I believe its my reverence for people, country and culture and my devotion that takes my Didjeridu play to a different place, what often people say they experience.
