CHSP workers regularly navigate sensitive conversations with older people, families, carers, and other services. This workshop builds confidence in addressing issues early, reducing escalation, and communicating clearly in emotionally charged situations.

Learning Outcomes:

• Understand why difficult conversations arise in home support

• Communicate clearly with older people and families

• Respond to conflict without escalating it

• Manage interpersonal tension in the home environment

• Build confidence in addressing issues early and professionally
