Digestion Delight: Discovering Better Digestion

This healing series has been developed to share practical tools and insights derived from extensive clinical experience and observation. The objective of this workshop is to empower individuals to autonomously implement these ideas and tools at home.

While savoring food is a delightful experience, many individuals encounter discomfort during digestion. Digestive ailments encompass a spectrum of conditions, including but not limited to Crohn’s disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Celiac disease, gallstones, Ulcerative Colitis, Diverticulitis, heartburn (reflux), stomach ulcers, abdominal cramping, and various parasitic infections.

During this workshop, we will cover:

• An exploration of various digestive disorders and their unique characteristics.
• Contextualising food choices in relation to specific digestive ailments.
• Provision of practical tools, including a hands-on digestive self-care protocol for home use.

In clinical practice, I utilise Pulse Diagnosis to evaluate the nature of digestive complaints. As part of this workshop, attendees will receive a complimentary Pulse Diagnosis, enabling me to offer clinical insights into contributing factors of their digestive concerns.

Furthermore, based on this assessment, participants will receive a complimentary semi-personalized herbal medicine to support their digestive health journey.
