Price FREE Get tickets

Event description

Digital Basics sessions are a one to one 30 minute session where a digital mentor

will help you with specific technology problems.

Not sure how to use your new phone or tablet? Need a little help with setting up

email? Want to know the basics of social media or video calls?

If this sounds like you book in for a free 30 minute session!

These sessions are for adults. Bookings are essential.
Visit library.armadale.wa.gov.au or call 9394 5800.

Note:

These sessions are not professional technical support meant to diagnose or repair

nonfunctioning equipment. They are not for filling in online forms or resumes,

dealing with sensitive data or giving advise that is above basic technical skills.

We will help you to the best of our abilities, but we are not technical experts and our assistance has limits.

We will not provide advise on any sensitive data. Keep your passwords secure to protect your private information. Be aware of the different risks in using technology.

We can help you with general questions about the functionality of your device, or assist you to use apps for social media, video calling etc, but there are some things that are beyond what our service can provide.
