Digital Boss: Term 2 Scholarship Information Session
Event description
NOW AVAILABLE FOR BOTH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS!
Join this free information session to find out more about the Digital Boss Scholarship and how you can implement it in your school. Supported by the Telstra Foundation, this program is fully funded for applicable schools!
The Digital Boss scholarship has a value of over $5000 and is a great way to integrate Entrepreneurial Education into your school in a stress free and supported manner.
This opportunity has been made possible thanks to Telstra Foundation, who are funding 50 schools to run the Digital Boss program to ensure we can provide equal and equitable access to youth across Australia.
The Digital Boss educator-led program was developed with both educators and students in mind, offering flexibility to be delivered over a semester or an entire year. With engaging, bite-sized modules, it seamlessly links to the curriculum, helping students develop entrepreneurial skills while keeping learning goals clear and actionable. By the end of the program, students will have created their own socially driven digital social enterprise and will decide if they want to continue working on their idea taking it from a prototype, into a reality!
What does the scholarship include?
- A comprehensive, step-by-step Digital Boss Facilitator Guide
- Curriculum links for smooth integration in the classroom
- Full access to all program materials, including slides, worksheets, and digital templates (38 modules/ lesson plans suggested to be delivered once a week over a semester, or once a fortnight over a year).
- Access to the Entrepreneurial Learning Hub for both students and educators to help track program progression
- Professional Development sessions for educators
- A dedicated YCA coach, providing 6 x 1-hour coaching sessions per school, per year to provide all of the support you need
