Training	Not Training
How do I navigate Windows?	How do I install Windows?
How do I use anti-virus software?	Can you remove this virus for me?
Can you show me how to download a file from my USB?	Can you download these files from my USB for me?

Volunteers and staff are not able to guarantee that a patron’s future training sessions will be with the same volunteer. Library staff can only book similar time slots, but sessions are dependent on volunteer availability, and may be covered by other volunteers.

Please note that sessions will not be available for registration more than 30 days in advance. Please do not book more than 2 sessions at a time, to allow all customers to have equitable access to the service. Please always notify the library if you are unable to attend a session.
