Digital Inclusion Dialogue
Description
Digital Inclusion Community Dialogue
How do you access the internet, use digital devices, and get help when you need it? We want to hear from you! Join the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC), 19 Carter, and the Towns of Berlin and Boylston for a Digital Inclusion Community Dialogue on August 26, 2026, from 12:30–2:00 PM.
Lunch will be provided for all attendees!
Through this community dialogue, CMRPC wants to learn more about residents’ experiences with internet access, devices, and digital skills. We’ll discuss questions such as:
How do you access the internet?
What challenges have you experienced with your internet service provider?
Do you have the resources you need to troubleshoot device issues?
Have cost or other barriers made it difficult to purchase or access a computer, tablet, or other device?
What kinds of support would make it easier to use the internet and digital devices?
Your feedback will help us better understand the digital needs and challenges in the community and identify opportunities to improve access to reliable internet, devices, and digital support.
This dialogue is part of a statewide effort led by the Massachusetts Broadband Institute (MBI) to help communities understand and address local digital access needs. By hearing directly from residents and community members, CMRPC and its partners can better identify gaps, existing resources, and opportunities to improve digital access.
This event is run by the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC), 19 Carter, and the Towns of Berlin and Boylston. All are welcome!

FAQs
- Where can I park? Is the building handicapped accessible?
Free street parking is available in Berlin’s town center. Accessible parking is available at 19 Carter, adjacent to a walkway that leads to the lower level which has a lift as well as accessible restrooms available for public use. There is a changing table in one of the restrooms as well.
