With school, work, health care and essential services moving more and more online, it's clear that digital skills are now needed for life.
The new Digital Skills for LIFE program from Good Things Foundation Australia and The Smith Family offers digital skills support for parents and carers.
Through the Digital Skills for LIFE program, you will become more confident using digital technology and able to support your children to be safer online and get the most out of their education for a better future.
A mix of in-person and online sessions will be offered covering topics such as:
- how to use a laptop and key programs like Zoom to how to be aware of online risks
- keeping your family safe online
- how to access special online offers through the My Smith Family online portal.
