Digital Wellbeing 4-6
Event description
This workshop will take a practical approach on ways to control screen use in our homes. It will help us make decisions for our family based on our own values and what works for us, rather than unconsciously succumbing to the pressures of ‘too much, too fast, too soon’
So many things we take for granted are being lost to the next generation which is contributing to serious mental health issues. The good news is that there is so much we can do and the earlier we begin the better.
In this workshop we will take time to individually look at what technology we are comfortable with for our children and to set some clear boundaries that will help us navigate our way through this unprecedented terrain. We will look at creating a family culture of things we love to do together that are relaxing and fun for everyone. We can bring calm and contentment into our houses as we take the focus off screens and onto connection.
