    Join us to celebrate the festive and summer season with a fine dining experience at The Headland crafted by world-renowned Chef Alex Prichard. Hosted by Dovecote, tour-through-taste five courses of the best produce on the South Coast NSW. 

    About Chef Alex Prichard

    Alex Prichard is the celebrated Head Chef of iconic Iceberg’s Dining Room & Bar. At the young age of 15 Alex left his home town of Kurrajong NSW to start an apprenticeship and work with some of the best chefs in the world. Alex is passionate about native produce and celebrating small producers. 

    About Dovecote

    Dovecote is set on 150 acres of oceanfront farmland two hours south of Sydney in Gerringong NSW.  With two immaculate & award-winning accommodations, Dovecote is the ideal setting for your next holiday.
