Celebrate Tassie's Great Eastern Wine Week with Dinner at The Mill at Spring Bay Mill.

Five-course gourmet tasting menu paired with the best wines of the East Coast region - $189 per person.

Presented by multi-award-winning chef Chris Bell and leading Tasmanian sommelier, Joseph Burton.

The bar will be open for after dinner drinks.

Friday September 16th and Saturday 17th, 5.30pm - 9.30pm.

Skip the drive home and sleep over in our Glamping field or the relaxing and private eco Beach Shacks on Windlass Bay for a real special getaway.
