DINNER FOR MYANMAR
Event description
The Rotary Club of Brisbane and the UQ Brisbane-Asian Student Association warmly welcomes you to a dinner to raise funds for the people of Myanmar.
A country under a military dictatorship, and a climbing poverty rate.
The dinner will be supporting health and educational organizations in Myanmar. And we will be supporting work in refugee camps in Bangladesh and Thailand. Where a significant number of Burmese people have fled.
Every cent from your ticket will go to helping people. {As the cost to put on the event is being covered by private donors}.
It will be held at a Thai restaurant.
Thai buffet.
There is parking onsite.
We would absolutely love to have you there.
