Arrive between 5.30pm and 6.00pm and wander the gardens, ready for a 6pm start.
Start with Vodka and Gin Cocktails on the lawn, plus canapes. Woodlands distillery from our beautiful Porongurup's region are providing cocktails using their own distilled gins and vodkas. This will be followed by a magnificent three-course meal prepared by well- respected local Chef, Sally Francis-Jeeves. Sally's food features high-quality, local produce and looks extraordinary on the plate with careful attention paid to the combination of textures, ingredients and techniques used to create exceptional taste.
Each course will be matched with exceptional local wines from Alkoomi Wines, Frankland Estate, Ferngrove and Lange Estate.
Be entertained over dinner by original music from Siboney and Andy. These extraordinary musicians have local roots and a huge amount of international experience.
The evening will conclude with party sets from Siboney and Andy so that you can dance your way to the end of the evening.
