Dinosaurs Down Under
Event description
Hills Environment Centre and The Summit Community Centre welcome award-winning singing palaeontologist, Professor Flint, for our July school holiday program.
For we of the Land Down Under, the story of Australian Dinosaurs, our dinosaurs, is an important part of the story of who we are. In this critically acclaimed show, accompanied by a series of Q&A sessions, join singing palaeontologist, Professor Flint, on a prehistoric journey to discover the remarkable dinosaurs that once made Australia home.
Dinosaurs Down Under will take you on a wonderful journey to uncover the boundless and beautiful forms that came before us, on these fragile, dusty plains.
HeapsGood Productions have been creating and sharing stories about who we are for more than 25 years. Proudly South Australian, HeapsGood have developed a unique niche of working across cultural institutions, and other novel spaces, to bring a range of science and historical narratives to life.
HeapsGood have created more than 50 shows across thousands of performances, in museums, theatres, and elsewhere, produced multiple albums, and given dozens of young people professional opportunities.
Show runs from 1pm - 1.45pm, followed by Q&A and a chance to look at Professor Flint's collection of fossils.
Bookings essential.
Each General Admission ticket covers child and parent/guardian.
