Director's Duties

This ‘Lunch and Learn’ online short course aims to equip Directors with the knowledge and understanding necessary to fulfill their duties responsibly and effectively contribute to the governance of their organisation. It provides an overview of legal and ethical responsibilities of Directors and the legal framework in which Boards operate. It also highlights the importance of ethical behaviour, integrity, and transparency in decision-making and board processes and offers practical guidance on how directors can fulfill their duties effectively.
