Disability Awareness and Inclusive Practice Training Session

Join this interactive professional development session to build your understanding of disability awareness and learn practical ways to create more inclusive and accessible services, workplaces, businesses, programs, projects and events.

Whether you work in a community organisation, business, service provider, sporting club, not-for-profit, education setting or volunteer role, this workshop will provide practical knowledge, tools and strategies to support meaningful participation and inclusion for people with disability. Organisations must be servicing or based in the City of Ballarat.

The City of Ballarat is committed to creating a community where people with disability can access, participate and belong. This training supports the implementation of our Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2026-2030 by building the capability of businesses, community organisations, service providers and community leaders to embed accessibility and inclusion in their everyday practice.

When: 1:00pm - 2:30pm (90 minutes) Tuesday 10 November, 2026

Where: Online via Microsoft Teams (Link provided upon registration).
