Disability Inclusive Pathways Conference 2022

This event has passed Register

Event description

The second New Zealand Disability Employers’ Network ‘Disability Inclusive Pathways’ Conference offers an exceptional opportunity to connect with other organisations committed to improving disability career and inclusion outcomes. Hear from leading disability experts, experienced practitioners and people with lived experience, including inspiring international and local speakers.

Join our powerful network of business leaders, diversity and human resources professionals, industry experts and influencers from the public, private and for-purpose sectors.

This year's conference theme, ''Unlocking True Potential'' aligns with the vision statement of the NZDEN - "New Zealand organisations to realise the true potential of disabled people, to the benefit of everyone". Discover how we can support and empower disabled and neurodiverse employees to be all that they are capable of being, and ways to foster organisational culture of true belonging of disabled people in the workplace.

This year, in addition to the two-day conference, we are excited to bring a half-day pre-conference workshop, 'Reimagining Recruitment". Together we will work to design more inclusive recruitment practices and explore ways to make meaningful changes to employment processes, allowing access to the talent pool of disabled and neurodiverse people in Aotearoa, to everyones benefit.

More details including speakers and the agenda will be released on the Accessibility Tick Conference 2022 website page.
