When was the last time you really cut loose on the dance floor just for fun? And when was the last time you felt deeply relaxed? So long ago you can't remember? Then lady, it's time for a re-fill of your empty cup with a night of dance, laughs, chats, connection, and pure relaxation—women only, no kids, no alcohol just you being your fabulous self, without having to be someone you're not!

After running two of these events now, what I know is there's something about this magical combination of a women only event, with the kind of music that takes you straight back to being on the dance floor in your younger days, or belting out tunes in your bedroom with your hairbrush! It shifts your energy and vibration and takes you into a higher place where you feel so fricken good, surrounded by a soul tribe of women who are also having the time of their life too.

And whether you bring your girl gang along with you, or summon the courage to rock up on your own, I guarantee you'll be amongst friends when you get there.

EVENT DETAILS 

6:45 PM: Doors Open!
Meet your host Amanda aka DJ Cremo, meet and chat with other amazing women, and get ready for a night to remember. 

7:15 PM: Official Welcome and Opening Circle
Let's set the vibe for an unforgettable night with our Worthy AF affirmations. 

7:30 PM: Disco Time!
It's time to hit the dance floor and unleash your inner dancing queen.  Some old skool favs like Nut Bush, Macarena and Bus Stop will help us break the ice and get our bodies moving, before Footloose vibes take over and you'll be dancing like nobody's watching and daggy dancing moves are absolutely encouraged and may even be rewarded with a prize - shhhhhhhhhh 🤫 don't tell anyone I told you that. 

8:30 PM: Social Time and Sound Bowl Setup

Catch your breath, grab a snack, chat with new friends, and set up your posi for the deeply relaxing sound bowls session. 

8:45 PM:  Prize Giveaway Draw 

9:00 PM: Sound Bowl Healing with Dinah De Regt from Rainbow Star Healing
Experience the magic of sound bowls. To fully enjoy this experience please bring a yoga mat, cushion, a light blanket and whatever you need for this deeply relaxing experience.

10:00 PM: Farewell to Your New Besties
Say goodbye to your newfound soul sisters and exchange details to stay connected and head home for the best Zzzzzzzz's you've had in ages! 

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat, pillow or cushion, and a blanket for the sound bowl session
• Water bottle (and snacks if needed)

FAQs:

Dress Code:
Wear something fabulous yet comfortable for dancing and relaxing.  If you want to dress-up or wear a costume like many of the women before you have, go for it! There may even be a prize for the Best Dressed - of gawd I've done it again! 🤫 don't tell anyone I told you that. 

Parking:
Free parking available outside the venue and in surrounding streets.  Note, this community centre is in a residential area so always be considerate of residents with regards to parking and noise as you enter/exit the centre. 

Food and Drinks:
Some light snacks and bottled water will be provided. Feel welcome to BYO any non-alcoholic drinks or snacks to stay hydrated and energised. 

Alcohol-Free Zone:
Let's keep the vibe natural and high with positivity and fun.
