Harry K welcomes you to the world of DISCO DADDY, a new Brisbane-based party series created in the quest to provide unique safe spaces for everyONE to come and play.
DISCO DADDY was inspired by iconic parties like Studio 54 in NYC which brought about a music revolution, Horse Meat Disco in London whose iconic soundtrack itself became a world-renowned genre and Berghain in Berlin whose signature moto of self-expression makes it the one of the most desirable parties in the world.
DISCO DADDY’s Soundtrack is all about HOUSE music with a DISCO twist, a QUEER flare and a DIRTY beat.
Once you enter Disco Daddy’s world you become part of what will make this event so unique, YOU become part of its FAMILY.
DISCO DADDY… HOUSE music is a religion. FREEDOM to just BE. SELF-Expression. High Tops. Crop Tops. Long Socks. Sequins. Lollipops. DIRTY House. DISCO beats reigns supreme.
DANCE DISCO DADDY…. EVERYONE WELCOME

Restrictions: R18

Ticket Window: 9:00-10:00pm.
Revolving Door from 10.00pm.

Arrival times: All tickets have a "ticket window" for their use. This window is the time that a ticket will guarantee entry into an event. After the "ticket window" is closed, a revolving door policy will be used. If you have a ticket and arrive after the "ticket window" is closed, you will be prioritised according to the revolving door policy. Arrival after the "ticket window" is closed forfeits a ticket holder's guaranteed entry.

"Revolving Door" is free access to any patrons (capacity allowing) in the following priority order: first, "re-entry" allows entry to anyone who has already been wrist banded as having entered the event, then Maxi patrons, followed by Mini patrons, then any ticket holders who arrived after the ticket "window" closed, followed by Long Weekender then Enabling Patrons. Winter Pride reserves the right to sell door sales if there is capacity to an event and no patrons are waiting for revolving door access at the time of the sale.

Charity partnerships: Part of your ticketing fee is donated to one of Winter Pride's chosen charity partners, Qtopia. Qtopia is a social support service for LGBTQIA+ young people, their whānau, and their communities, based in Ōtautahi Christchurch and servicing the greater Te Waipounamu. There are two halves to the work that Qtopia do: one is about building opportunities for community connection through events like the weekly youth group, and the other is about using education to create lasting positive social change. This year they’re excited about providing more support to rainbow young people in rural regions throughout the South Island and your ticket purchase is helping them get that little bit closer to achieving their goals.

For this ticket you also have the option of making a donation to Wakatipu Youth Trust.
