Discoyoga is a vinyasa style class with a live Dj playing the latest pop music, high vibe house tunes and ambient tracks to bring you back down.
Discoyoga will end in a cacao ceremony where we will set our intentions for the sound bath.
Nicola and Beanie will combine traditional sound healing instruments, shamanic sounds and modern technology. This will create a deep and transformative healing journey.
