About your facilitator
Michael Wardle is a permaculture designer, educator and founder of Savour Soil Permaculture and Wild Abundance Nursery. With more than a decade of experience designing productive landscapes, teaching permaculture and working alongside gardeners, communities and organisations, Michael specialises in practical, ecological approaches to growing food.
His work includes food forest design, productive garden systems, soil health and community food resilience. Michael also works with The University of Queensland, supporting practical learning and community-based growing initiatives.
At Wild Abundance Nursery, Michael brings together design, education and plants, helping people understand not just what to grow, but how plants can work together as part of a productive and resilient system.
