Reiki treatment stands on its own as a healing practice and is also safely used to support orthodox and complementary medicine. Anyone can benefit from Reiki – it has a similar effect on the body and mind as meditation, with practitioners often saying that one hour of Reiki is equivalent to three to four hours of relaxing sleep.
