Many of you have probably heard about Reiki now and that’s because it’s becoming more mainstream – because it works.  It’s a tool that medical professionals are adding to their toolbox, but not only that, mums and dads and people just like you are realising that if they learn how to channel Reiki, they too can discover the many benefits that learning Reiki offers.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is one of the most effective natural stress relief and health improvement therapies available today.  It has the power to enhance the body’s natural healing ability and promotes general wellbeing. Reiki treatment stands on its own as a healing practice and is also safely used to support orthodox and complementary medicine. Anyone can benefit from Reiki – it has a similar effect on the body and mind as meditation, with practitioners often saying that one hour of Reiki is equivalent to three to four hours of relaxing sleep.
