The Mindfulness Way welcomes special guest Keith Smith to help you:

Discover a simple, beginner-friendly way to release built-up tension and feel more at ease in your body. Inspired by the work of Dr David Berceli, this session uses gentle, accessible movements designed to help your body naturally unwind. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, with the freedom to pause or stop at any time - making it suitable for all fitness levels and perfect for anyone curious about trying something new.

TRE™ safely activates the body’s natural reflex of shaking or vibrating, which helps calm the nervous system and release muscular tension. When this process occurs in a supportive and controlled environment, the body can naturally return to a balanced, more relaxed state.

“Neurogenetic Movement” is the body’s natural organic response to tension and stress and when we allow the body to shake and tremor the body regains the ability to:

Release long held muscle tension

Reduce stress and anxiety

Improve posture and physical recovery

Foster emotional balance and resilience

Builds capacity in the nervous system

Brings a sense of overall wellbeing and calmness to the body

A tense body creates a tense mind, when we relax the body, the mind will follow.

We finish the day with a crystal singing bowl meditation for integration.

This is a welcoming, community-friendly practice that helps reduce everyday stress and leaves you feeling grounded, calm and re-connected with your body.
