Reiki is often understood as something we receive from a practitioner, but receiving is only one part of this Japanese art of healing.

Reiki can also be learned as a practice for yourself—a way of integrating energy awareness into everyday living, nourishing the nervous system and deepening your ability to listen to yourself.

During this relaxed 60-minute workshop, Jae will introduce you to Reiki, how it works within her practice and what becomes possible when you move from receiving Reiki to learning it for yourself.

You’ll be guided through a group Reiki experience, primarily while seated, with the option to lie down for a short time.

We’ll finish with space for reflection, questions and information about Shoden, the first level of Reiki training.

You don’t need any previous experience, spiritual knowledge or intention to become a practitioner. Many people learn Reiki simply to deepen their relationship with themselves, their energy and their own wellbeing.
