Discover the Art of Making Pao de Queijo (Authentic Brazilian Cheese bread) with Triskell Bakery at Cool Beans Café

Join Alain from Triskell Bakery to learn how to make authentic Brazilian “Paõ de Queijo” (Brazilian cheese bread) in a three hour hands-on baking class.
If you have tried them before or bought some from Triskell at the farmers market, you know these little bread bites are delightful, and also gluten free!
During the class we will make the batter, shape the bites and bake a few batches for you to sample and take home.
Alain will share his recipe (which he developed at home after spending months working in Brazil), key ingredients, technique and tips to make them successfully.
Students will go home with:
A dozen bites baked on the premises.
A batch of batter made in class.
A sample of the key ingredient used by the natives to make more at home
An ice cream scoop (#30 black-1oz) to make the perfect bite size.
A silicon flexible bowl scraper.
A pair of latex gloved and a disposable bowl cover
A hand out of the presentation with ingredients, recipe and tips shared in class.
Cancellation policy: You can get a refund (minus the Humanitix ticketing fees) up to 14 days before the event. Cancellations with less than one week from the date of the class will only be rescheduled /refunded for a later date if we can reschedule the class. If you wish to cancel the class, please contact us as soon as possible. Ticket holders are welcome to transfer their class to another guest ( in that case, please provide Triskell with the name and contact information of new ticket holder so we can reach out to them).
