Embark on a journey of wellness, relaxation and new knowledge with this comprehensive Thai Massage course, spanning across 4 enriching classes. Starting from May 7th, immerse yourself every Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 pm at the Authentic Living Centre in Sydney. (7th- 28th May, weekly).
Led by an experienced practitioner, this course blends the essence of traditional Thai massage with elements of osteopathy, cultivated over 5 years from esteemed teachers worldwide. Now, it's time to share this invaluable knowledge and therapeutic touch with you in Sydney.
No partner? No problem! Join us solo and connect with like-minded individuals during our friendly get-together sessions. Embrace the opportunity to exchange massages with different partners, enhancing your tactile sensitivity and understanding of diverse body types.
Throughout the course, you'll master various techniques including hip manipulations, joint lubrication movements, cranial-sacral elements, sacrum manipulation, and facial massage focusing on the jaw. Special requests? We're all ears!
In Thai massage, we harness the power of body weight, prioritising the well-being of your finger joints while keeping you fully clothed for maximum comfort. Arrive in cozy attire – think long jogging pants or leggings, and a snug long-sleeve shirt.
Stay hydrated with complimentary water and tea available in the kitchen, or bring your own bottle. Early bird catches the worm – secure your spot before April 22nd for just $250, or opt-in until April 30th for $290. Late birds are welcome for $330. Spots are limited <3
