The company was formed in 2021 by Waikato ecologists Adam Purcell and Nathan Smith. Their objective is to improve biodiversity outcomes through a combination of sound science and best practice ecological restoration.
Dr Kiri Joy Wallace, Eco-index: Eco-index delivers science-based, spatial intelligence to inform and monitor nature-related initiatives across Aotearoa New Zealand.
