Join our webinar to learn how the proposed Manly SEP trial could make it easier for businesses to create more to do in Manly.

Northern Beaches Council is seeking feedback on a proposed 18-month Special Entertainment Precinct (SEP) trial for Manly.

The proposed SEP is designed to support a safe and well-managed town centre across the day and night. It's about establishing clearer local rules for trading hours, entertainment sound management and precinct operations. It aims to provide businesses with greater certainty, more flexibility and less red tape, while maintaining appropriate safeguards for residents, visitors and the broader community.

Throughout the proposed trial, which is reversible, Council would monitor outcomes, listen to business and community feedback and decide whether to keep, change or discontinue the Manly SEP.

Council is hosting a free webinar to help businesses better understand the proposal and what it could mean for their operations. Join the project team to learn more about the proposed trial, ask questions and understand how you can provide feedback.
