This Techweek 26 session introduces a comprehensive research based Universal Wellbeing Evaluation process designed to empower individuals to identify their wellbeing strengths, capabilities, and areas of challenge they may be experiencing with support and in a private way.

Developed from more than 17 years of Universal Wellbeing research, the evaluation provides a structured way to reflect on the multiple dimensions of personal wellbeing and develop awareness of the impacts they are having on your wellbeing.

Participants will complete a guided wellbeing evaluation and receive a personalised analysis.

The session includes

• Completion of the Universal Wellbeing Evaluation
• Analysis of your personal wellbeing profile
• Online report back session
• A final personal wellbeing report
