I created this course for you. Hi, I am Jasper, After discovering my purpose at 40 yrs old I questioned; why it had to take so long?

After escaping my corporate sales job at Google feeling unfulfilled I went on an adventure of self-discovery! It's been a transformative period of my life to find the real me. I share my pivotal stories in this course.

Experiencing the life-changing benefits of connecting to my purpose (and the impact I was having on others) I became obsessed with studying the process of how we discover our purpose, to help others get there faster and guide people to more fulfilling careers and business endeavours that addresses a cause they deeply care about. Recognising we all have far greater potential than we can imagine with an incredible capacity to make a difference at a time when the world needs us more than ever.

This course incorporates the key principles I have gained from years of studying purpose, combining self discovery tools, reflection exercises, 1 on 1 coaching and group work to help you create your road map to greater meaning. I created this course to be a practical ‘how-to’ program with the goal to give you the realisations, clarity and direction to fast track your path to true alignment, joy and impact!

What to expect?

You will gain insights and clarity on your true passions, strengths and the causes that resonate deeply inside of you. As you begin to unravel your true calling in life and what the universe is asking from you.
The most valuable part of the program is scheduled time in nature in between workshop sessions to complete self-reflection exercises and then coming together each week to share aha moments. By sharing the journey as a group we inspire each other while making new friends and building your support network.
Get ready to take action! This course will challenge you to start making changes in your life and set you up with an accountability partner to help you follow-through.

The course applies teachings from Simon Sinek, Richard Leider, Eckart Tolle, Deepak Chopra and Joe Dispenza along with personal stories to provide insights giving you direction and clarity. Discovering your true purpose may take years but this course will fast track your journey.

Pre course: 1 on 1 clarity session with Jasper to get to know you and your goals

Course Content - Shared Group Experience over 6 weeks

Week 1: The 10 principles of purpose discovery - creating the mindset shift.

Week 2: What is your Superpower? Tools to uncover your strengths and help you reflect on your greatest talents.

Week 3: What is your why? Uncover the clues inside of you. We follow a process to discover your ‘why’.

Week 4: What are your values? A reflection exercise to identify your top 5 values and align your future path with your why.

Week 5: Vision and Action Plan. Define your vision for impact & create your action plan.

Week 6: Reflection sharing circle. We inspire each other to action

Post course: 1 on 1 clarity session with Jasper to address anything that's holding you back from taking action.

Course Requirements:

This course is for anyone looking for greater clarity and direction in life but it does require a level of commitment to get the most out of the course. The time commitment is as follows:

- Attend all six 1.5 hour virtual sessions covering educational content and partner exercises. Sessions are not recorded as the real value comes from the tools and reflection exercises provided as weekly worksheets to complete.

- Spend 2 hours in nature each week to complete the weekly reflection exercises and think about the bigger questions you are being asked.

- 'An open mind' as we will be covering concepts which may challenge your way of thinking.

- Vulnerability to share experiences that can help you learn more about yourself and encourage others to be open.

About your Facilitator - Jasper Vallance

After 15 years in corporate sales roles, Jasper took the leap from working at Google in 2012 to search for more and through following his passions he discovered another whole level of himself. Creative marketer, teacher, facilitator, coach, speaker, party organiser and Xstatic dancer!

Finding his passion for organising parties to enable joy, connection and play, led him to start a sunset party at Burning Seed where 1000’s connect every sunset. Jasper discovered a more colourful and creative version of himself and realised his biggest fear and weakness was actually his superpower!

Seeing the drug and alcohol overconsumption problem in Australia and the consequences on mental health - he saw the need for EPIC sober dance parties and festivals to enable the ‘natural high’ and lead the way for more healthy partying. Founding Xstatic Sunsets on Shark Island in 2019 with Australia’s biggest sober dance party, he now leads a movement with the purpose to inspire a more healthy and inclusive party culture.

Jasper’s purpose is to create cultural change in how we work, live and party to be happier, healthier and more connected by helping people and businesses to discover and step up to their true purpose. With a vision to grow a tribe of changemakers and build collaborative communities to work together to create a sustainable future where generations to come and our planet - can THRIVE!
